Boston

The Charity: MS Society Bike Race

The Girl: Katie Petrillo

Katie Petrillo is a regular Contador, and Lance Armstrong rolled into one, and she is putting her talents to raising money for MS Society through cycling. I hope everyone donates to her team, but if not, donate to my website, and I’ll donate to her team for you.

Top Five things to do in Boston:

Five: I mean you really can’t go wrong, you’re in Boston. (Fenway, Fanuiel Hall, State House…)

Four: North End for some sweets, and good Italian food

Three: Mayors cup bike race at government center

Two: Jazz Festival in the south end (actually didn’t make it to this, but it looked awesome)

One: Public Gardens

Things I passed on: Going home to the south shore.

Good places to stay: Katie Petrillo’s couch.

Boston’s Ratings. On a scale from 1 to Boston: Boston

Boston has everything I could ever want.

Boston doesn’t have the letter “R” and a great airport… logan leaves something to be desired, esp. in the

jetBlue terminal. Though three lovely ladies name Lady, Leslie, and L… something else were very kind to

me at the gate, which made me feel better.

The story: Arrive at Boston and find my way to Brunch with the Tri. If you don’t know what that is- I suppose it is your loss. Then we’re off, and we walk through the Gahdens (perhaps the best city park in the country) to the North End to get FRV some sweet treats, passing by the Mayor’s Cup- a bicycle race in Boston at Government Center. We return to the bicycle race to watch some people pedal their way around in circles. It was exciting, but I have to admit I still really don’t get it. Anyways, Kpet tried to explain it to me, which was nice of her. Then we headed home to prepare for “The Event” which was nice. The next morning I was off again headed to Denver and Boulder.

What I have to say about Boston is that it is quite literally the best city in the world. If you disagree, I hope you don’t live there, because it should be reserved for those who respect it for its true spirit.
